In the trend of creative economy, the policy of development of Cultural and Creative Industry (CCI) has become a global trend. Taiwan government learnt from many other countries which successfully develop CCI, the cultural industries quarters have been developed in a cluster manner, through the activation and reconstruction of idle space, nostalgia or abandoned warehouse, with local characteristics and cultural development of cultural and creative parks. In this study, " Blueprint Cultural and Creative Park (BCP)" was selected as the research area, and the tourists who had visited BCP were selected as the research objects. The main purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship model among tourists' nostalgic emotion(NE), experiential value(EV), place attachment(PA) and behavior intention(BI) in the BCP. Data were collected by using purposive sampling methods, excluding invalid questionnaires, 383 questionnaires were usable, survey response rate was 95.7%. The results indicated that NE significantly and directly affects EV & PA; EV significantly and directly affects PA & BI; PA significantly and directly affects BI.
