Kaohsiung City Dadong Arts Center is enabled in March, 2016, and within entire park, outdoor stages, auditorium, lecture hall, exhibition, arts library are embraced, delivering public drama, arts exhibition, book borrowing, and video appreciation. Kaohsiung City Dadong Arts Center indeed is a comprehensive cultural center with local cultures and living arts. The study is to discuss how Kaohsiung City Dadong Arts Center values consumers, and scrutinize the causality between the attractiveness of consumer, the experiences of consumers, and the artistic accomplishment of consumers, and seeing the effect of Kaohsiung City Dadong Arts Center to Fengshan local cultures and checking whether the acculturation of arts can improve the communications and transactions to satisfy the emotional demands of public between communities. The data are collected by simple sampling, and 365 shares of questionnaires are out of entire 400 shares of questionnaires. The research findings reveal that albeit the averages of the cognition of visitor artistic accomplishment are low, tourism attractiveness, experiences, consumer values are significant important. Based on the three clusters of artistic accomplishment, attractiveness, experience, and consumer values are significant in the cluster of high artistic accomplishment, especially in visual artistic accomplishment. Within the relationships between artistic accomplishment, attractiveness, experience, and consumer values, the higher visual artistic accomplishment the higher attractiveness, experiences are mostly affected by visual arts, consumer values are significantly affected by visual arts, the higher artistic accomplishment the higher attractiveness, experiences are significantly affected by artistic accomplishment and attractiveness, as well as consumer values are significantly affected by attractiveness and experiences, consumer values especially are affected by attractiveness.
