In order to enhance the competitiveness of Taiwan's agricultural industry in the world, it has been integrated with the system through the sensing element and system integration system. Production, but in recent years, experts in various fields of agriculture in order to serve farmers and then build the relevant agricultural information system to provide farmers with convenient technical related to the query service.     In this study, we discuss the "Crop Healthy Cultivation and Management System" developed by KSI as the direction of this research, and using Kano Model to assist IPA importance analysis to find the Critical Quality Attributions and Importance of Crop Healthy Cultivation and Management System. After the information system to the industry who can be used as a reference. The study process can be divided into two parts, the first is the use of "WebQual" and "E-S-QUAL" to define the Crop Healthy Cultivation and Management System facet, and then use the Kano Model to identify the system quality improvement indicators, this stage can understand the farmers pay attention to the system. the two is use the IPA help to find out the importance of the system and satisfaction to be sorted, to identify the farmers to improve the service quality of the system focus, so that the industry can maintain the advantages of service quality and improve farmers' satisfaction, and three interviews with experts to test and verify , and to provide good business and performance for the company's key quality.
