Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 運籌管理系企業管理碩士班 === 105 === This study is aimed to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise value of online game firms listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchnage. The data observation is ranged from 2006 to 2015. In this paper, Market Value Added (MVA), Economic Value Added (EVA) and Tobin's Q are used as indicators to measure the value of firms. In addition, four dimensions of intellectual capital, including human capital, customer capital, innovation capital, process capital, are used to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise value of online game industry. The empirical results show that the relationship between intellectual capital and MVA and EVA are significant. However, the relationship with Tobin's Q is not significant. It indictates that, in the assessment of corporate value, domestic investors will pay more attention on the financial capital of the relevant information, while ignoring the importance of intellectual capital.
