Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程系碩士專班 === 105 === This study presents a servo slide stabilization control method and applied to automatic optical inspection machine. A servo slide system is constructed to simulate the motion of the automatic optical inspection machine and its dynamic equation is derived to be a mathematic model for the controller design. For loop control design, a feedback-feedforward controller and S curve planning of speed commands are provided to efficiently improve the stability of the control system and to reduce the vibration under high speed motions. Simulated and experimental results are reported to verify the proposed control system efficiently.
