Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 105 === The financial crisis in 2008 greatly hit the global economy, making the world began to attach importance to the real economy. Most developed countries encountered the challenge of population aging and labor shortage. Consumption patterns also tend to be smaller and more diverse. To tackle these challenges, the concept of Industry 4.0 was proposed by Hanover Fair in 2011. This concept is seen as a significant intelligent transformation of a manufacturing system based on Cyber-Physical System, and using Internet of Things and big data analysis. In this study, the concept of industry 4.0 was selected as the topic to explore the transformation of precision machinery manufacturing industry. Researchers has developed a PLC that based on the concept of industry 4.0 in a precision machinery manufacturing company; meanwhile, results of an in-depth interview with employees of the company are discussed. In this study, three topics are discussed, including the industrial development, core technologies and talented person cultivates, as the questions in the interview. According to the reply of the interview, important viewpoints of the industry migrating to industry 4.0 are summarized, and specific suggestions are further proposed. The research results may provide that some references for the precision machinery manufacturing company and the department of mechanical engineering in university to raise international competitiveness of Taiwan.
