It also offers a reference for studying related issues in the future. To achieve the aims of the research, the researcher firstly build the foundation by studying documents; then a survey is conducted. The result is based on 101 valid samples from 24 elementary school English teachers, 51 junior high school English teachers and 26 senior high school English teachers in Tainan City. As for the data, SPSS for Windows 17.0 is used for doing descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way analysis of variance, etc. The results are shown below: 1. The practice of integrating information technology into English teaching in Tainan City is great. 2. There is no significant difference between English teachers in remote area and normal area in Tainan City. 3. There is no significant difference among English teachers teaching students of different grades in Tainan City. 4. There is no significant difference among English teachers teaching classes of different amount of students in Tainan City.
