Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 106 === “Helping and serving others is the foundation of happiness”. Find the meaning of life is carried out by people of every generation. In addition to helping others, it is also helping to eliminate the similar pains that have existed. Everyone has a helping nature, but there are some reasons that hinder the motivation of helping others. In view of this, this study conducted a questionnaire survey of people who had learned of basic life-saving personnel from 2013 to 2017 in the New Kaohsiung Red Cross. There were 7261 participants and only 2978 left a complete email. A total of 409 valid questionnaires were completed by 1000 questionnaires. This study uses e-mail to send electronic forms to conduct a questionnaire survey. The research method uses descriptive statistics to analyze data from present personal background, obstacles and basic life-saving. Then analyze personal background, obstacles and basic life-saving the connection between with chi-square test. The results of the study are as follows: 1. For people who learn the basic life-saving course, the most important part of the "CPR" course and some people find it difficult. 2. Those who are willing to perform first aid, The first-aid technology are willing to implement in different situations is to choose to observe the injury, and then to carry out emergency treatment according to the non-stop situation. 3. Those who have acquired basic life-saving techniques are mainly worried about their technical incompetence as a factor hindering the implementation of first-aid behavior. Secondly are legal issues, others will be saved, and finally infectious diseases. Key words: constraints, helping behavior, basic life-saving (BLS)
