Taiwan’s economic life has been highly developed, the economic performance of the results created by the richwhen people can meet their daily needs, will be converted to spiritual satisfaction for the cultural and artistic level needs.Over the past few years, the government has spared no efforts in the implementation of arts and cultural activities. The preparation and organization of large and small cultural performing arts are activities need to invest a lot of time, manpower and funding.In addition to the total number of arts and cultural activities and the total number of types, the audience the number of participants, the number of exhibition venues and other statements of the number of statistics to do to achieve the annual performance evaluation of the outside.It should also explore what types of performing arts activities can attract the active participation of young people, how to create more performance activities for these groups to participate in the experience and value.Therefore, the present study explores the current situation and life style of the non-art students in Kaohsiung.
The research method adopts quantitative research, and the sampling types are classified into three categories, namely, general type, technical type and military type.A total of 250 questionnaires were dispatched and 229 questionnaires were retrieved. The 229 questionnaires, 226 were invalid and 3 were invalid. The questionnaires available were 98.69%.Data analysis included t-test, one-way ANOVA and chi-square test. The results of the analysis show that there is a difference between different schools in music performing arts activities.However, the study on the number of performances in the performing arts at the grade level did not produce any discrepancy. This also shows that the grades of the schooling will not produce different benefits for various types of performing arts activities.Gender corresponds to the type of participation in arts and cultural activities then as long as there is extra time for participation in leisure activities is a positive willingness to participate; School education and the atmosphere will affect the non-art department of the students to participate in performing arts activities will;Non-art department of the different groups of college students, will be around friends and family, reading books, physical and mental adjustment of the lifestyle changes;As far as the grade level is concerned, it can be found that as long as the life style of performing arts activities is linked with the individual, such as art conservation, interaction between friends and family, and cultural atmosphere, it is easy to have influence;Different grades will be due to the needs of the grade, resulting in the appreciation of performing arts activities, motives, and to cultivate their understanding of aesthetics, cultivate artistic conservation, so that their art activities for the growth of knowledge.An analysis of the consumption behavior of performing arts activities in the school year shows that “performance level or quality” and “sponsor’'s reputation” have a significant impact.The results show that when the quality of performing arts activities and the credibility of the organizers will affect the school year consumption or not.The results of this study may provide an opportunity for the performing arts groups to plan their performances in the light of the motivations of college students to participate in performing arts activities and lifestyle analysis.
