There were three parts of the research framework, intrinsic motivation, involvement and behavioral intention, and the researcher wanted to explore it had the significance between the intrinsic motivation, involvement and behavioral intention in different background students. The using data for this study were collected by the questionnaires, and analyzed the relationship between each variable by structural equation modeling.This study used the questionnaire of the researches,”A Study on the Reiationship Among Involvement,Service Quality and Behavioral Intention”and “The relationship ameng Tourist Motivation, Servicescape, Service Quality and Behavioral Intention: An Example of Taiwan International Orchid Show,2015”, as the reference and adapted this questionnaire for the research tool of this study.Based on the surveyed-questionnaire method, there were 100 questionnaires issued and retrieved in pre-test, and 83 of them were valid. The valid response rate is 83.0%. The researcher used the test of the significance of difference and the test of association to verify the reliability and validity of this questionnaire. The results were that it had good reliability and validity.The researcher adopted the disproportionate stratified sampling for formal test. There were 480 questionnaires issued and retrieved in formal test, and 411 of them were valid. The valid response rate is 85.6%. After collecting the data, the researcher used SPSS for Windows 12.0 and Amos 20.0 to make the data analysis of this study.The methods of data analysis were descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling. The results of data analysis were thatit had the significance between the intrinsic motivation and involvement in different gender, and between the intrinsic motivation, involvementand behavioral intention in different grade and participation experience of field trip. The research model had fine goodness-of-fit, and the intrinsic motivation of the research sample could influence involvement positive and significant. Involvementdid not haveany mediation effect between intrinsic motivation and behavior intention.According the results of data analysis, the researcher proposed the conclusions of this study, and advanced suggestions for the teachers, the senior high school and the governmentinstitutions of education.
