The sample frame is based on the participants of “Penghu residents participate in leisure fisheries”. Purposive sampling was used to conduct the survey for this research; 453 questionnaires were distributed and 406 of them were returned. The valid response rate is around 89.62%. SPSS 12.0 is used to identify the regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the participation motivation, place attachment, experiential value and leisure benefits for Penghu residents participate in leisure fisheries has a positive influence on each other. At last, based on the above findings to make a suggestion; hopefully, the results of this study can be reviewed as reference on promoting policy of leisure fisheries to relevant government ministries and private recreational sports associations.
