However, nowadays, parents don’t want their child left behind, so they imposes their will on child too much to ignore lots of potential hazards at home. Therefore, many child accidental injuries are happened, especially in the living space where is not suitable for children's growing. Safe living environment is o not only to prevent children in accidental injury, but also ensure them grow up happily.The purpose of study is understanding what perspective and action on home safety the parents of preschooler. What is the predicament and how do they solve problem. Also, to know how much they care about of safe living environment when parenting. This qualitative study examined parents’ views by interviews, observation and documentary analysis. Parents of 0 through 6 year olds participated and their house are provided as study site. The findings of this study are described in three sections,“Environmental safety maintenance”, “Parents' caregiver knowledge”, and “Children's growth needs”.Conclusion of “Environmental safety maintenance”: (1) Potential crisis at home. (2) The predicament of safe settings. (3) Parental coping strategies.Conclusion of “Parents' caregiver knowledge”: (1) Knowing and understanding about safe living environment. (2) Taking care and coping with pressure.Conclusion of “Children's growth needs”: (1) Safety is the most important thing that kids need most when they growing. (2) Developing kid’s good habits. (3) Emphasis on reading and game. 　　In the end, the study will provide some advice for parents’ and governmental organization’s reference about Home safety.
