Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between teachers’ teaching innovative capability and the implement will of learning community. First, we acknowledge the present condition of the teachers’ teaching innovative capability and the implement will of learning community. Second, we study the differences existing in the teachers with different background variables about teachers’ teaching innovative capability and the implement will of learning community. Third, we analyze the relationship between junior high school teachers’ teaching innovative capability and the implement will of learning community. Finally, study the prediction ability of high school teachers’ teaching innovative capability and the implement will of learning community. This study used the Adapted questionnaire from “A Study of the Relations between Teaching Innovative Capability and the implement will in learning community of Junior High Schools in Pingtung County ” for the investigation. Using a random sampling method of Pingtung City, include Public country’s teacher of Pingtung County. The researcher collected around the questionnaire data, and they were researched and analysis. Questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The researcher used descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and regression to test the hypothesis. The study draws the following conclusions: 1. The degree of the teachers' perception of teaching innovative capability is at upper-middle level, especially of “teaching philosophy” is at the highestlevel, “education resources” is at the lowest. 2. The degree of the teachers' perception of implement will of learning community is at upper-middle level , especially of “the implementation of collaborative curriculum design” is at the highest level, “understanding vision of learning community” is at the lowest. 3. Significant differences were found partly in the junior high school teachers’ teaching innovative capability , given the consideration of teachers’ demographic variations: age, administrative duties, teaching field、school size、Whether to participate Evaluation of professional development of teachers、Whether to participate Group cooperative learning. 4. Significant differences were found partly in the junior high school teachers’ the implement will of learning community , given the consideration of teachers’ demographic variations: age, administrative duties , teaching field、school size、Whether to participate Evaluation of professional development of teachers、Whether to participate Group cooperative learning. 5. The relationship between teaching innovative capability and the implement will of learning community is obviously positive. 6. Among all dimensions of teaching innovative capability, “teaching strategy”,“education resources”and“Multiple assessment”are predictable to implementing learning community.
