The scholars who are from the government and the public are all working-hard to find the way to reboot the citizens’ patient about speaking Hakka during this moment. The“Legacy lecturers handing down program” has established and pushed by the Hakka Affairs Council (R. O. C.). It focused on several parts as follows: to educate Hakkas’ language, culture, skills, songs etc.. According these goals, it needs to encourage students to pass the “Hakka Language Certification Examination” and get Hakka proficiency certification. It could be expected that each Hakkas’ childen will have an amazing activity. The lecturers not only show great enthusiasm in the program but also have a positive and active attitude in teaching.However,when they carry out the teaching program comesacrossthe dilemma,people who can’t help but question something wrong with the designation of the curriculums.The authorities concerned should come up with the solutions to the problem. The lecturers should equip the children with listening,speaking,reading, writing Hakka language skills. The children should also learn from classmates,family,and society.In this way,Hakka language will naturally become a daily tool of expression. The research suggested thatour governmentshould not only support theadministration of teaching but also put emphasison the plan of curriculums and the cultivation ofdesigning the teachingprograms.Finally, five suggestions were recommended as follows:1.Hakka teaching should prevail among students; 2. BringHakka education into daily life;3.Design lessons with daily life Hakka curriculums;4.Make use of Hakka language inevery subjectto a moderate extent; 5.Take advantage of “Summer Enjoy LearningProgram” to promote the issue of Hakka language teaching.
