Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 生態休閒教育教學碩士學位學程 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to discuss the current situation and the correlation between leisure participation, well-being and teaching efficiency of the elementary school teachers in Pingtung County. It also analyzes the differences of the elementary school teachers of different background variables in well-being and teaching efficiency. The study is conducted by questionnaire to elementary school teachers in the 104th academic year in Pingtung County. There are 420 questionnaires extended, while 396 are valid responded. The data is analyzed by statistic methods of descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and partial correlation. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Elementary school teachers have high-intermediate level of leisure participation. The highest participation is “amusement activities”; the lowest is “hobby and skill activities”. 2. Elementary school teachers have high level of well-being and feel the best in “interpersonal relationship”. The background variables of the age and job position are found significant differences. 3. Elementary school teachers have high level of teaching efficiency and do the best in “class management”. The background variable of years of teaching is found significant differences. 4. There is positive correlation between leisure participation and well-being. There is positive correlation between leisure participation and teaching efficiency. There is positive correlation between well-being and teaching efficiency. 5. One step further to analyze partial correlation of well-being. After controlling the different variables, there is positive correlation between the perspectives of well-being. The results are expected not only to offer teachers’ leisure activities planning and participation, but also to improve teachers’ well-being and teaching efficiency. Finally, the study is discussed according to the result to provide some suggestions for teachers, educational departments concerned and further research as references.
