According to “the high-grade student’s digital reading motivation scale in elementary school” and ”the high-grade student’s digital reading strategies scale in elementary school” by Internet Online Answer to execute verification. The questionnaire participants of this digital test are 220 fifth grade students in elementary school in Penghu. The number of effective questionnaires is 206, effective respondents to rate is 93.6%. The collected data is analyzed by using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, Pearson’s product-moment. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: 1.The fifth-grade student's digital reading motivation degree is low-level in elementary school in Penghu. 2.There are marked differences in the different socio-economic status student’s digital reading motivation, digital reading strategies and digital reading comprehension in elementary school in Penghu. 3.There are marked positive correlation between student’s digital reading motivation, digital reading strategies and digital reading comprehension in elementary school in Penghu. 4.The digital reading motivation and digital reading strategies of elementary school students have no forecast on their digital reading comprehension. In conclusion, according to the abovementioned findings, this study provides advice on educational practice, elementary student and future research.
