The research method adopted is questionnaire survey, while the questionnaire designed is “Survey of motivation and satisfaction level of eco tours on elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city”. The research objects are teachers from 242 public elementary schools in Kaohsiung City in the school year 2016. Totally 410 copies of questionnaires were distributed, of which 382 copies were valid, resulting in a return rate of 93.2%. A package of SPSS19.0 for windows was utilized while various analysis methods including descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way independent samples Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Scheffe’s method, Pearson Correlation, multiple linear regression, etc. were used. The significant level (α) is α=0.5. According to the analysis of statistics, the study shows: 1)Of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City surveyed, the item “Learning & Experience” has the highest average value among all the motivation items. While teachers from schools with a scale of 13-24 classes, have attend over 10 times of such eco tours, and who have demonstrated willingness to take such tours again due to the profoundness of the location chosen have the higher motivation. 2)Of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City surveyed, the item “Education Dimension” has the highest average value in terms of satisfaction level on eco tours among all the items of satisfaction level. While teachers from schools with service length between 6-10 years, married, from schools with a scale of 13-24 classes, serve at both homeroom teachers and administrative roles, have attend over 10 times of such eco tours, and who have demonstrated willingness to participate in such tours again due to the profoundness of the location chosen, have the higher satisfaction level. 3)A significant positive correlation can be detected between the motivation and satisfaction level for the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City. 4)The motivation to take eco tours for elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City has a positive predictability for their satisfaction level. The conclusion of the study is that by participating in eco tours, these elementary school teachers have benefitted in terms of body and mind relaxation satisfaction level.
