碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 文教事業經營碩士在職學位學程 === 105 === This aims of this research was to understand the presentsituation of working stress and coping strategies of kindergarten caregivers in Tainan City.The research adopts the questionnaire method by taking kindergarten caregivers in Tainan City in 2015 as the research objects with the “Questionnaire of working stress and coping strategies for kindergarten caregivers” Which was made by the researcher. There were total 197 copies of questionnaires being sent out.The raw was analyzed by descriptive statistics,t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson product-moment collected and discussed with the qualitative analysis..investigate the correlations between work stress and countermeasures of public and caregivers.Both qualitative and quantitative methods are used in order to make the result of investigation full and accurate. This results of this investigation were as follows: I. The whole sensitive degree of working stress for kindergarten caregivers in Tainan City.”Strategic environment” the highest item and “interpersonal relationship” the lowest. II. The sensitive degrees of working sress for kindergarten caregivers in Tainan City were significantly different due to background variables,such as the age,marital status, teacher qualification, educational attainment,service seniorities. III. The “the whole working stress” and “problem-solving” and “rational thinking” for kindergarten caregivers in Tainan City was significantly positively correlation. IV. The relationship between“the whole working stress” and “the whole coping strategies” for kindergarten caregivers in Tainan City was significantly positively correlation. The researcher makes recommendations based on these research findings for the reference of education administration authorities, public kindergarten teachers and caregivers, and future studies.
