Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 105 === Assembly lines usually exist the problems of bottleneck workstation and assembly line unbalancing in manufacturing. It often used Simple Assembly Line Balancing Problem(SALBP) to solve the processes distribution of the products. This study used the factory of water purifier real data in the Assembly Lines Efficiency Improvement System(ALEIS). Taking video and recording processing time developed the database of components and processing time. When new products need to predict processing time and human requesting, users can set processing time and the number of workstation by the data in the database. ALEIS calculated the number of workstation and processing time at the same time. Users gave both of two aims weights to make system calculating decision values. They could make production decisions by decision values. The subject of this report assumed from water purifier factory in South Taiwan. Because of general enterprises are difficult to train the person who use lingo. This study used commonly used software Excel to develop the System of Assembly Lines Efficiency Improvement. This report used simple example to prove this system is as well as Lingo. According to putting real data in the System of Assembly Lines Efficiency Improvement, users can reduce workers from 9 to 7 to reduce labor cost or processing time from 15.6 to 13.4 hours to promote the efficiency of assembly lines.
