Duncan’s paper didn’t consider multiple assignable causes and repair cost, 1976 W.K. Chiu’s paper designed control chart to modify Duncan’s paper. In this paper, we improve Chiu’s paper and design a computerized system to find out the best sampling size, sampling interval and allowed number of defect under economic design of p-chart.
