Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 時尚設計與管理系所 === 105 === e aim of the study is to probe the need of professional competence in workplace for the students with cosmetics major in vocational school in relation to hairdressing industry which cooperates with the schools in order to provide practical experience to the students. The questionnaire is designed based on both the enterprises and students collaborate in the rotational system in the regions of Taipei and New Taipei city. With the purposive sampling method, the total of 250 questionnaires are distributed and 216 questionnaires are collected from the participated enterprises with the effective rate of 86.4%, meanwhile, 245 questionnaires are collected from the participated students with the effective rate of 98%. While all the descriptive statistic, t test analysis and The Chi Square Test are conducted via SPSS 19.0 for Windows. The outcomes of the study are as follow: 1) the need of professional competence in the workplace provided by the participated hairdressing companies in the rotational collaboration of school and hairdressing enterprise is obtained, 2) the need of professional skill in the workplace to the participated student in the rotational collaboration of school and hairdressing enterprise is obtained, 3) the difference in cognition of between the participated enterprises and the participated students in the rotational collaboration of school and hairdressing enterprise is obtained, 4) The different “place of residence” and “school of enrollment” have an insignificant connection with the willingness of the participated students graduated from vocational school in working persistently for the identical company in the rotational collaboration of school and hairdressing enterprise, 5) a strong link between the participated students in different “grade” and the willingness of staying with the same company after graduation in the rotational collaboration of school and hairdressing enterprise, 6) obtained the analysis of job duty from the students in different grades. The study can be utilized as a reference for any further research for the school and enterprise participated in hairdressing rotational collaborative education, as for those who are attempting to join in the future.
