In aerobic exercise, it argues that the effective exercise should be in the fat-burning zone. The fat-burning zone needs to measure the maximum heart rate, but it is not for everyone that the maximum heart rate can be measured. The maximum heart rate may be different because of height, weight and other factors; however, the current maximum heart rate formula doesn’t consider above factors. As the abovementioned, this study collects the actual data of maximum heart rate and considers some body parameters, we use the genetic programming method to explore whether the result can get the best formula of the maximum heart rate. According to the empirical evidence, it shows that more body parameters considered in the formula can get higher accuracy, and this new method is more suitable for people to utilize.
