碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 休閒運動健康系所 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among elementary school teachers' leisure motivation, leisure environmental preference and leisure satisfaction. The participants are the Kaohsiung public elementary schools teachers in 2017 academic year and a total of 500 questionnaires had been distributed in purposive-sampling method, with a 450 valid replied returned and a 90% questionnaire returned rate. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 for Windows in descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. The results are as follows. a. In leisure motivation, there are significant differences among teachers' background variables such as different gender, marital status, children number, age and seniorty. b. In leisure environmental preference, there are significant differences in teachers' age. c. In leisure satisfaction, there are significant differences in teachers' gender and marital status. d. There is a significant positive correlation between teachers' leisure motivation and leisure environmental preference. e. There is a significant positive correlation between teachers' leisure motivation and leisure satisfaction. f. There is a significant positive correlation between teachers' leisure environmental preference and leisure satisfaction. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the government and related educational institutions pay more attention on teachers' leisure situation to promote teachers' leisure motivation and improve quality of life.
