Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 休閒運動健康系所 === 105 === The study aimed to investigate the junior high school student’s self-efficacy, physical fitness and learning effectiveness. A purposive sampling method was used to collect data in Nan Jung Junior high school. A total number of surveying questionnaires was 404 and 401 questionnaires were valid. The effective return rate was 99.25%. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The results were as follows: (a) Junior high school student’s self-efficacy, physical fitness and learning effectiveness had significant correlation. (b) Junior high school student’s self-efficacy could significantly predicted physical fitness. (c) Junior high school student’s self-efficacy and physical fitness could significantly predict students’ academic achievement.
