Operators must make good use of innovative management, so that enterprises can quickly change in the competitive market to move forward. Today's operators or industries are not only in the era of rapid change, and subject to rapid expansion of competitive pressure, so the operators are facing serious business crisis and innovation challenges. In order to break through the bottleneck, operators should speed up the transformation of enterprises, and improve the core values of enterprises, business performance and competitiveness, which is the industry is imperative. This study uses the depth interview as the research method, mainly for the case in the traditional soft-shelled turtle breeding industry process, in the face of enterprise bottlenecks and explore the response to the transformation of the model for the leisure agriculture business model for the study of the feasibility of the subject. Using the five aspects of the assessment of the feasibility of the transition from market analysis, technical analysis, financial analysis, benefit and risk analysis. The results of this study found that soft-shelled turtle recreational farms in the market analysis which including the competitiveness, the target market and the product development is feasible. In the technical analysis for the interpretation of service and recreational experience planning, recreational farms can meet the feasibility of development. It is found that the feasibility of developing recreational fish farms is high when the environmental analysis includes the regional distribution of the external environment, the characteristics of the tourists, the policies and regulations and the main body of the internal environment, the land properties, the resource characteristics, and the professional functions. After the financial analysis, Jodying soft-shelled turtle farms have been breeding 20 years of experience, farms has existing hardware equipment, so the investment cost is relatively low. In addition to the maximum benefits for the farms can bring operating income, but also can drive the development of the local. In the risk side is mainly caused by abnormal climate change can result in changes in soft-shelled turtle growth habits, but also associated with the activities of the recreational experience, as well as recruitment and reception of international tourists, the case also have countermeasures. Therefore, after exploring the market, technical, environmental, financial, efficiency and risk side, the traditional soft-shelled turtle breeding transform recreation farm is feasible.
