Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系所 === 105 === During on the 800~850℃ annealing processing, the microstructure of the alloy is a α+β duplex phase, and of which being α+α' equaxied phase when annealed at 900~950℃. Additionally, annealed at 1000~1050℃. Meanwhile, the tensile strength of present alloy is significance to the heated-treatment temperature. However, the elongation of present alloy is dramatic decreased when annealing temperature been above 1000℃. When double or triple annealed, some β-phase precipitates are observed resulting to increase the elongation of the alloy, particularly that the specimen been heated above 1000℃. It reveals that the double or triple annealing processes could be a solution to decrease the embrittlement on heated affect zone of Golf-Head Club.
