After stroke happens, the cause causes a domino effect to body function. If the treatment palnning is not well designed, the lifestyle will be effected and the quality of life would drop. Consequently, hoped by searching to find the relationship between the lifestyle and body function and the quality of life of stroke patients. Objective: Discussing the relationship between the lifestyle and body function and the quality of life of stroke patients. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted to sample collect and cases. Participated patients are from a Metropolitan Hospital’s Neurology Department and Neurosurgeon Department wards and clinics in Northern Taiwan. Research instrument is used structured questionnaire to collect data, including population characteristics, CCI, IDAL and SF-12 Chinese Version. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. To describe the population and variables we use the percentage, average, Standard deviation. Using the Independent-Sample t Test, One way ANOVA, Pearson's chi-squared test to research the relationships between all the variables. Regression Analysis was used to predict the factors of life quality of stroke patients. Results: Results found (1) Lifestyle is positive correlation with quality of life in psychological and physiological, but has not significant differences. (2) Lifestyle is positive correlation with physical function, but has not significant differences. (3) Physical function is positive correlation with quality of life in physiological and has significant difference; negative correlation with quality of life in physiological but has not significant difference.
