Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 休閒運動管理研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the motivation、loyalty、satisfaction for commercial fencing clubs members in Taiwan. The subjects of study were members from 4 clubs. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and 154 were valid responses corresponding with 77% return rate. The collected data have been conducted a series analyses, including T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of this study are the following: 1.The ratio of male attending fencing club is higher than female; Student are the major member group. 2.For fencing club members, their intrinsic motivation is higher than their extrinsic motivation. 3.Members of fencing clubs tend to view the tidiness of the environment、comfortableness and the coach quality lineup as their major consideration in selection clubs. 4.Members of fencing clubs have highest satisfaction towards their coach. 5.Coaches are the main factors effecting member’s loyalty. These results suggested that, aside from continuous improvement of facilities and security maintenance, fencing clubs must hire coaches with high quality and excellence in order to attract more fencing enthusiasts to join.
