The researcher investigate volunteer fire fighters by Using sampling method (the total is 300 Questionnaires,and the returning are 249.So the proportion of offially returning is 83%).The data showing is used by descriptive statistical analysis:
First one: By descriptive statistics ,the motivation of volunteer fire fighter are 「for serving people」、「challenge yourself」as First one and second one；the involvement of volunteer fire fighter are 「feel meaningful activity」、「build your own self-esteem more」.
Second one:It is self factor no matter in motivation and involvement by Factor analysis.
Third one:Monthly income and attendance in half year have Significantly difference with every motivation.Education has Significantly difference with every involvement.
Fourth one:Motivation and involvement is in process of correlation analysis.The consequence all indicate positive correlation and significantly.It means when motivation is strong,involvement is increasing meantime.
