In this study, the author first analyzes the current situation of the university's management and operation in the university by interviewing and observing methods. Furthermore, using the case study and TRIZ to innovate the inventive method to find out the difficulties and problems of the University's site management and management. And put forward the solutions; the three use the multi-criteria analysis to prioritize the solutions. Finally, the paper puts forward the short, medium and long-term improvement plan for the university campus business management problem for the reference of the university.
