Summary:博士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教育學系 === 105 === The purpose of this research was to analyze the literatures and to present the research structure of relationship among the teachers’ concerns for change, receptivity to change, and teaching effectiveness of primary schools. Then, to construct the theoretical model of this study. Finally, to use SPSS 20 software to verify the hypothesis. The questionnaire survey method was used in this research. 720 teachers, including principals & the head of department were selected from the central Taiwan, and effective samples were 580. Research conclusions obtained were as follow: 1. The primary school teachers were raced to the level of middle on the concerns for change: an example for TEPD. 2. The primary school teachers were raced to the level of middle on the receptivity to change: an example for TEPD. 3. The primary school teachers were raced to the level of middle on the teaching effectiveness: an example for TEPD. 4. The primary school teachers of different background variables were different on the concerns for change: an example for TEPD. 5. The primary school teachers of different background variables were different on the receptivity to change: an example for TEPD. 6. The primary school teachers of different background variables were different on the teaching effectiveness: an example for TEPD. 7. Among the teachers’ concerns for change, receptivity to change and teaching effectiveness of primary schools were correlation partly. 8. The teachers’ concerns for change and receptivity to change have remarkable predictive power partly on the teaching effectiveness of primary schools.
