The guideline of kindergarten curriculums also suggested that at least 30 to 40 minutes sweating activity should be provided for children every day. However, since the double - income families are busy for working and 3C products are filled in our life, companied by the kindergartens’ facilities for young children seldom changed and unable to provide diversified experiences in physical operation, the researcher hoped to help the motor development of young children through the fitness activity courses. This study was an action research to investigate: 1. the transforming course of the movement analysis model integrated into fitness activity courses for young children; 2. the performance of the students’ learning in the movement analysis model integrated into fitness activity courses for young children; 3. the teachers’ views on the movement analysis model integrated into fitness activity courses for young children. The researcher took the movement analysis model as a theoretical basis to design and implement the fitness activity courses for young children, and adopted TGMD-2 as a test tool to compare the scores of the young children with the norm in the USA for understanding the progress of the children's motor skills. Then the researcher used interviews, teaching diary, and learning sheets to explore the development of young children's cognition and emotion, and the teachers’ views on this model. The results showed that: First, this research enhanced the teachers' ability of curriculum design and implementation of fitness activity courses for young children. The researcher built a framework of the physical operation and different equipment operation, and designed the teaching activities and the corresponding movement concept under the framework. The teaching process consisted of operation, demonstration and observation, question and discussion, and the steps of re-operation to guide the children to aware their self’s movement and establish the movement concept, and then corrected the movement. Second, after the intervention of the movement analysis model integrated into the design of fitness activity courses for young children, the children's learning performance were obviously significant. Most children like the course activities and effectively improved their motor skill performances and established the movement concept. Third, the teachers affirmed and supported the movement analysis model integrated into fitness activity courses for young children, and the novice teachers had to study related theories before they could effectively guide the children to establish the movement concept, and then corrected the movement.
