In 2014, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund was set up to invest heavily in research and development funds for key industries, and to encourage the reorganization and reorganization of related electronic information enterprises. These industrial innovation policies will affect the existing industrial supply chain . In contrast, Taiwan's electronic information industry, economies of scale and capital operation is not like China, in the current strong support of China to upgrade technology, the technology gap between the two sides of the industry have narrowed the situation, the face of red supply chain to replace Taiwan in the international division of labor system The importance of the role, that is, many industries across the Taiwan Strait gradually to competition is greater than the situation of cooperation.
