Method : a questionnaire survey, participants were 376 college student, including 245 males and 131 femals (mean age = 20.08 ± 1.8 ), collected data were entered by Pearson’s product-moment statistics, the Hierachical regression analysis. Results: First, Pearson correlation showed that a morale leadership, benevolen leadership was significantly negatively correlated related to offense/defense role ambiguity and was positive correlated related to task / social cohesion;offense /defense role ambiguity with task / social cohesion was negatively correlated;authoritarian leadership with offense /defense role ambiguity, task cohesion no showed correlated. Secondly, the hierachical regression analysis showed that offense /defense role ambiguity had the partially mediating effect of paternalistic leadership(morale leadership, benevolen leadership) and Team Cohesion (task / social cohesion). Furthermore, offense /defense role ambiguity no showed partially mediating effect of authoritarian leadership and Team Cohesion (task / social cohesion). Conclusions : First, morale leadership, benevolen leadership could addition group cohesion(task / social cohesion) and reduce perceptions of role ambiguity level ; Secondly, perceptions of role ambiguity had the partially mediating effect of paternalistic leadership and Team Cohesion. It was suggested that further research is to examine role episode model’s other factors(organization, personal et al) or other roles structure(role conflict et al) et al. Results also showed unconformity with the foundation by previous research results and will continue on the follow-up studies. KUO-HSIUNG, CHO 卓國雄 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW
