Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 經營與管理學系科技管理產業碩士專班 === 105 === According to type of processing and foundry industry, there are many small and medium companies, even microenterprises in Taiwan. In 2016, we are facing on competition around the world. Due to the increasing price and wages, the profit is going down step by step. For most of small and medium companies in Taiwan, they need to have strong strategies to avoid red ocean competition. The case study uses zero point clamping system as a new driver to OBM. So, the industrial analysis is so important to case company to recognize the right market and strategies. This aims to focus on industrial analysis to understand the competitive advantages of case company. Furthermore, SWOT analysis has been used to identify the key strategies to enter the market.
This study had done interview with CEO and project managers of H Company. Moreover, focus group meeting method also had been used to collect primary data. The results had found that H Company is the only company that has technology pattern and manufacturing abilities in Taiwan. Based on Industry 4.0, the target customers will be automation industry, machine tool industry, and intelligent integration factory. Usually, the companies have more than 100 employees will have more interest with ZPS. The market of ZPS just gets started, and the market will grow faster in the following 5-10 years. Finally, SWOT analysis did help to do the investigation for case company and further to identify the right strategies.
