Taiwan's working holiday program currently has 15 signatories, of which only Australia has no quota restrictions and has second working holiday visa institution. While Australia’s working holiday maker program has a total of 39 signatories, Taiwan for its fifth signed Asian country. In the process of signing the agreement institution, it involves the geographical imagination of the state. After the agreement institution is formulated, the embodiment of the government in the implementation process will impact the embodiment of the working holiday youth. The purpose of this study is to denaturalizing the system of the working holiday visa program between Taiwan and Australia, and to divide it into the state scale of the construction subject, and the scale of the Taiwanese working holiday youth in Australia of the practice subject to explore, and then join the geographical imagination and embodiment to analysis. This study based on the geographical imaginary and geographical imagination to discuss, and explores the embodiment of the different subjects after experiencing the agreement institution. In the discussion of the scale of the Taiwanese working holiday youth in Australia, Further denaturalizing the self-exploitation embodiment of the Taiwanese working holiday youth in order to understand the reasons behind for the black work. In addition, it also explores the collective embodiment of Taiwanese working holiday youth in different countries, in their migration network. The study found that the deconstruction Interpretation to the ideologies of construction subject is necessary. Denaturalizing the system of the working holiday visa program between Taiwan and Australia and the self-exploitation embodiment of the Taiwanese working holiday youth in Australia can make Taiwanese working holiday youth perform the embodiment of not doing the black work, and safeguard their own labor rights. Further improving the policy on labor rights in the working holiday system, and also promoting the improvement of Taiwan's working holiday program.
