Probability proportionate to size sampling method and 218 valid questionnaires were collected. The valid reply rate was 89.34%.One-way ANOVA, Chi-square test, Logistic regresstion were used to analyze the data. The results of the study were summarized as follows: 1.There were 59.2% subjects who had regular behavior of exercise, and the others were not. The main types of exercise participated by the subjects were basketball and jogging. 2.The subjects’ regular behavior of exercise wasn’t significantly different by the difference of their gender, grade, BMI, and parents’ level of education, but it was better by attending association of sport(p<.05). 3.Attending association of sport(p<.05) and perceived self-efficacy for exercise (p<.001)were significant predictors of regular exercise behavior, and the former was a more important predictor than the latter. 4.Attending association of sport , perceived self-efficacy for exercise, could predict the variance of regular exercise behavior 30.3%.
