The overall impact of these three diseases is measured by the diseases’ spreading area, spreading speed, fatality rate, the after-recovery syndrome as well as the disease direct/indirect transmission frequency. Respondents are mainly immigration officers, quarantine officers and cruise shipping shipowners and shipping agencies. Among the three diseases we surveyed, SARS is perceived to have the largest impact on cruise ship development due to its high fatality rate. This report has employed the AHP technique to investigate the experts’ perception on the degree of importance of the abovementioned six measurement sub-criteria and the extent of consequences of the abovementioned respiratory diseases after their possible outbreak. The risk matrix is used to evaluate and analyze the critical sub-criteria and aim to understand the possible impact of these three types of respiratory disease on the cruise industry. Possible practices for cruise shipping companies to handle different risk criteria and sub-criteria are discussed. Lirn, Taih-Cherng Chuang, Hsiao-Chi 林泰誠 莊校奇 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 59 zh-TW |
