Automation can reduce the cost of production, enhance the production efficiency and control the production quality accuratly. Centralized control system has quiet a few disadvantages. Its wiring is complex, bandwidth is limited and signal easily interferenced. Serial servo motion control system have the advantage of high scalability, simple wiring , and high precision along with anti-interference, etc., more suitable for high-end servo control system. In order to achieve real-time control, we add the RTX real-time operating system developed by IntervalZero on Windows operating system to ensure the system's accurate execution of the servo control commands. On Windows operating system, through the ShareMemory function provided by RTX, we can exchange information and communicate with PC application. In this paper, we use the controller of MECHATROLINK-III protocol produced by Yasukawa Electric to implement a multi-axis servo control system with high speed, high precision and high expansion.
