Besides, since the severe motion-disable individuals gradually increases, the technology applications and life information applications for the group have become the urgent issues to be solved. However, the 3C technology applications, smart life environment controls and the like are not advanced; each of which should be realized by an expensive customized assistive device; however, the customized personal assistive device should keep being updated with the software and hardware interfaces of the system, or the device may not work. The object of the plan is to prevent the heavy physically disabled from becoming 3C technology illiteracies, and help them effectively and continuously use 3C technology products and smart life environment controls. Therefore, the plan will use the currently most frequently-used mobile devices (e.g. smart phone and tablet computer) as the major operation control cores to combine the self-designed smart life control APP dedicated for the heavy physically disabled so as to satisfy the different requirements of the heavy physically disabled (including the movement control or other various input devices). In this study, there are two phases. The first phase is we choose 6 healthy people to do the system stability testing three times. The second phase is we choose 7 people who are disabilities, and they also take the testing three times. In this two testing, their average are significant improve in first testing and third testing with head control unit( individual tester showed the significance P<0.05). The average of environment control unit is also significance in the first testing and the third testing. Obviously the system can get more familiar through the more training, and it also make the system stable. It will be the new choice for disability people when they use the mobile device.
