Questionnaire survey was used in this study. The survey took in Hsinchu City elementary school teachers as population with stratified random sampling, 339 copies of questionnaire were distributed, the overall response rate was 99.4%, effective response rate was 95.6%. Data was analyzed with using the statistic methods of descriptive statistics, related analysis , structural equation modeling. Main conclusions made up from the research are as the following: 1.Hsinchu City elementary school teachers perceived the "organizational identity" level of organizational commitment which is positively correlated with the "curriculum teaching and knowledge" of teachers' professional development. 2.Hsinchu City elementary school teachers perceived the " retention tendencies " level of organizational commitment which is positively correlated with the " research development and training " of teachers' professional development. 3.Hsinchu City elementary school teachers perceived the " hard work " level of organizational commitment has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. 4.Hsinchu City elementary school teachers perceived the " retention tendencies " level of organizational commitment has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction.
