To avoid class reproduction and promote upward social mobility, the government must provide positive action for disadvantaged students, improving education quality and smoothing learning bimodal phenomenon. Providing remedial education for disadvantaged students has become the most important education policy promoting equality of education opportunity in Taiwan.
How to reach the further achievement to the equality of educational opportunity and to ensure each of the primary and secondary school students can be provided with basic competence are the core topics of Twelve-year Basic Education.
Nowadays Remedial teaching policy can be showed in government projects, laws and regulations, Administrative Regulations are lacked of systematic regulations. And weakness treatments in Social vulnerable groups especially applicable object words in Confusing situations.
In this study, we wish could identified the extent more clearly by collation property object in remedial teaching and analyzing laws and regulations to authorities for reference.
