Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 105 === The intelligent automobile has replaced the intelligent mobile phone and become a new technological trend. Taiwan can respond to the industry trend under the leadership of Tesla. The research method is qualitative research, divided into two stages. The first stage consists of collecting secondary data and using the BOM (Bill of Materials) and attributive analysis to define the scope of intelligent automobile development, and then uses the interaction between market pull and technical push to recommend a response to the industry trend. The second stage uses the Delphi method to prove the first stage report by interviewing the manufacturers’ operators. The results will be in three parts: the relative components of intelligent tires, ADAS (Autopilot), and mobile systems with WiFi-enabled cars in Taiwan. Taiwan produces the most advanced tire pressure detectors and holds a competitive advantage. It’s recommended to continue expanding and therefore block the entry of other countries into the supply chain. In ADAS, important components such as infrared, millimeter-wave detectors, and biometrics, are made by Taiwanese manufacturers and have begun to develop. However, Taiwan has not yet formed an advantage. It’s recommended that they invest in their R&D and catch up with the global supply chain. Part of the mobile systems with Wifi-enabled cars (including CD, radio and other functional interfaces) are facing out, but Tesla was first to equip cars with 17-inch full touch panel interfaces and an automatic driving system in the hardware. Other car manufacturers will soon follow suit. As Taiwan has Smart phone touch panel related technology, it is recommended that they join the supply chain as soon as possible.
