Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 法律學系一般生組 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to find whether there is a responsibility of state to promote sports and the study decides to focus on the aspect of national teams. The study uses several national regulations and documents made by groups in the Olympic system as materials, trying to prove the responsibility mentioned above. Through the research, the responsibility abovementioned is proved. In the meantime, we could find two core values within it: one is to develop sports culture in civil society, and the other is to remove the unnecessary interferences from the state. With these two core values, we can depict a rough picture of the state’s responsibility of promoting sports. By using the picture as a blueprint, we can not only start to deal with many sport-related problems in the country, but, the most important of all, to build a society that welcomes and loves sports.
