Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部暑期學校行政碩士班 === 104 === The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship among teacher professional competence, sense of humor, and teaching effectiveness of junior high school integrated activity field in Taichung. The subjects focus on the students taught by the teachers of integrated activity field. The questionnaires were based on stratified purposive sampling. Ten of all of the schools were ratio sampling. The twenty valid questionnaires from the teachers were 100% and 620 questionnaires from the students were 90.48% valid returned. The data were analyzed in term of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson’s product-moment correction, and multiple regression analysis. The results were demonstrated as follows:1.Significant differences were found among teacher professional competence, sense of humor, and teaching effectiveness. 2. Significant discrepancies were found students from different grades and different areas who perceived the relationship between of teacher’s sense of humor and teaching effectiveness. 3. The more teachers have professional competence; the higher teachers have teaching effectiveness and the predictive power of preparation for teaching plan. 4. The more teachers have humor comprehension. humor of sociability and tendency to laugh; the higher teacher have teaching effectiveness and the predictive power of preparation for teaching plan.
