Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 公共與文化事務學系 === 105 === In this study, from a constructive point of view, in Taitung Sugar Park as a case through the literature analysis, field survey and depth interviews, inform on the current reuse of its unused space. Through SWOT analysis matrix, explore its strengths and weakness of internal in the process of reuse, and external opportunities and threats, then proposed development strategy for reuse of unused space at Taitung Sugar Park. The study found that the current total of 55 building plant in the region, where a total of six administrative space, cultural and creative educational space altogether 22, a total of three leisure space, space for a total of 10 food and beverage business, and the remaining 18 is currently idle, tool storage steam locomotive parking space sometimes is, because there are four cross-category, so the total number of functional classification of buildings will become 59. The strengths of the reuse of unused space at Taitung Sugar Park is: 1. Manufacturer stationed uniqueness; 2. Composite function space diversity. Its weakness is: 1. Inadequate funding, lack of an effective marketing strategy; 2. Lack of integration policy, lack of incentive system; 3. Infrastructure needs to be improved; 4.Shortage of human resources. Its opportunities is: 1. Unique of cultural landscape; 2. The trend of double administrative center. Its threats is: 1.The establishment of Taitung international appeal stronghold; 2. Balloon Fiesta effect; 3. Non-transport hub, transport facilities, lack of visibility of plant. The study developed four strategies for reference of reuse of unused space at Taitung Sugar Park: 1.SO Strategies (Maxi-Maxi): A. Combined school outdoor education, deepen cultural assets preservation concept. B. Organized by Cultural & Creative Camp, improve residents identity. 2.ST Strategies (Maxi-Mini): Provide shuttle bus, combined with the county events, to enhance the visibility. 3.WO Strategies (Mini-Maxi): A.Budgeted to assist manufacturers stationed in sustainable development. B.Strengthen the integrated marketing, integrated activities organized. C.Strengthening infrastructure. 4.WT Strategies (Min-Min): A.Package travel, deepen cultural and creative experience, improve visibility of plant and presence manufacturer. B. Expanded human resources, shaping the cultural and creative cluster effect of the park.
