Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 105 === In this study, we use the dynamic strategy group model to analyze the correlation between the business strategy and performance of Taiwan banking industry. The empirical results are mainly found: First, the Taiwan banking industry can be divided into four stable strategic periods during the study period (99-103 year), which is consistent with the environmental changes of Taiwan's banking industry during this period. Second, there are significant differences in the performance of different banking strategy groups during the stabilization of each strategy. Thirdly, after considering the stable strategic periods, the effect of the manufacturers' effects and the strategy group is generally improved in explaining the differences in the performance differences of the banking operations in Taiwan. The annual effect is reduced. This study proves that when the enterprise belongs to the fierce environment change, the enterprise should be the strategy is more important, therefore suggested that the enterprise in the future operation, need to pay more attention to the overall environmental change, and according to their own ability to develop the relevant response strategy.
