According to the survey of CBC , people like to pay with cash. At the streets of the small vendors in the night market, you can see people still like to pay with cash. According to the "Action Payment Consumer Survey" published by the MIC, people are still most accustomed to using credit cards (77.1%) and cash (60.1%), while the percentage of mobile payment is only 4.8%. Obviously, mobile payment is not fully accepted by consumers. Therefore, this study is about the idea of innovation resistance to explore the factors that consumers may face in the process of using mobile payment.
The results of this study confirm that risk barriers and traditional barriers have significant and positive effects on the intention of rejection. The use barriers and the traditional barrier will have significant positive effects on the intention of postponement. The use barriers and image barriers will have significant effect on the intention of opposition. It is recommended that the relevant industry in the development of its marketing strategy can refer to the above conclusions to make the relevant decisions to reduce the conflict when consumer use the mobile payment.
