Two aspects of benefit analysis are included, first, reservation of the cost for electrical, mechanical and pipeline engineering, second, construction time. After analysis, standard floor construction introduced by BIM system, the correct rate and secondary modification on pillar, opening of reserved pipeline were better than without BIM applications. It can omit unnecessary modification, and aim on reinforcement of the reserved structural opening in advance, to make sure the safety and strength of building structure. Concerning the construction time of electrical, mechanical and pipeline engineering, the standard 7th floor, which was introduced with BIM applications for electrical model, was still better than the standard 4th floor without BIM system.
