Although this method can make early progress of grades, but the abilities of students such as critical thinking didn’t grow up as well. While they start their learning in college, each professional field needs deeper developed and “Self-learning” to be fully understand. Due to the lack of thinking abilities, students always face many difficulties and pressure during the process of actively learning. Nowadays, enterprise begins emphasizing the important of “Self-Learning”, they require employees to learning constantly. So the ability of “Self-Learning” has been a basic demand to employees. To develop these abilities, the innovation of the education is one of the solutions. Therefore, the concept “Flipping classroom” had been developed. The main concept is student-centered teaching, which make student learn from actively exploration. However, flipping classroom has few weaknesses such as cost of filming time. Under this concept, “Learning, Thinking, Achieving” (LTA) teaching method has been developed. The weakness of flipping classroom could improve the innovation of teaching method. The “LTA” method is currently used by the education under high school. LTA method has several exact teaching experiences. The main purpose of this study is to use technology and new teaching method to help the adult education, provide theoretical basis of LTA method. This research is based on Student-centered and Self-Learning theory, collocated with experience learning and learning society, inducing the research structure. Further, building the design concept and function architecture. According to this architecture, achieving the system requirement analysis, design, prototype developed, through a real class experiment in school of management, calculating the compared point of concept map.
